İSMAİL GASPIRALI; Doğu Halklarının Maarifçisi adlı Milletlerarası İlmi Konferansın Düzenleyenleri ve İştirakçilerinin Kararı:
Azerbaycan, Kazakistan, Polonya, Rusya Federasyonu (Başkurdistan, Tataristan, Voronej Vilayeti, Dağıstan, İnguşetya, Karaçay Çerkes, Mari El, Moskova, St.Petersburg) Türkiye, Özbekistan, Ukrayna, Kırım, Almanya�nın ilmi merkezleri, Araştırma Enstitüleri İçtimai ve sosyal teşkilatlarının vekilleri ve Edebiyat ve sanat birliklerinin temsilcileri İsmail Gaspıralı mirasının önemine, insansever gayelerinin dünya çapında tanınması yönünde çalışılmasına dikkat çekerler ve bununla birlikte Müslüman halkların hak ve hukuklarını, diğer değerlerini ayaklar altına alarak, onlara karşı emperyalist zulüm siyasetini, özellikle de onun en kaba ifadesi olan Çeçen halkına karşı yapılan devlet terörüyle yürütülen vahşi savaşın sürdürülmesinin uygun olmadığı fikrindedirler.

Call for Papers
The International Scientific Conference “Ismail Gasprinsky (1850 – 1914) -the Enlightener of Orient” will take place on November, 1-5, 2001 in Moscow. The Organizers of the Conference are the Institute of Arts Theory and History of Russian Arts Academy, the Russian Institute of Culture, the State Museum of East, the International Human Rights’ Assembly, The Russian Human Scientific Foundation.
The topics (sessions, panels and workshops) of the Conference are following:
1. The Pedagogy of Ismail Gasprinsky, the School Reforms of the 19th-20th Centuries (“New Method”) and the Modern Educations Problems;
2. The Conception of the “Russian-Oriental Agreement” of Gasprinsky and Its Development in the Eurasian Theory and in Practice of the International Relations;
3. The Djadidism and the Reforms in the Theology, Philosophy, Ethics and Aesthetics of Islam;
4. The Conception of the Unity of the Turkic Peoples and the Development of the Ideology of Turkism and Pan-Turkism;
5. The Publishing Activity of Ismail Gasprinsky, the Press and Book-Printing of Turkic Peoples and the Modern Situation in the Journalism;
6. The Literature Legacy of Ismail Gasprinsky and the Modern Problems of the Turkic Literatures;
7. The Fine Arts and Architecture of the Turkic-Muslim World: Yesterday and Today.

The deadline is July 15, 2001.
We hope to make the proceeding of Abstracts before the Conference. The official languages of the Conference (in one of which the Abstracts should be prepared) are Crimean-Tatar, English, French, German, Russian and Turkish.
